Question
Something a buyer might ask an AI assistant, like “best CRM for a small agency”. SeoWave asks it for you, with web search on, and records whether your brand is mentioned and which sources are cited.
Deep analysis
A larger check you start yourself, with more questions than the weekly sample. It counts against your monthly allowance.
Article draft
An article written to fill a gap SeoWave found. You review it, then copy it or send it to WordPress as a draft. Nothing is published without your approval.
AI engines
Free runs ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Starter adds Claude, Pro adds Grok and Agency adds DeepSeek.

Before you start

Is it useful for a small business or an independent professional?
Yes, if you have a website and want to know how your brand shows up in AI answers. You don’t need to be an agency: the free scan gives you a starting point, and Starter adds weekly tracking, recommendations and article drafts you can work through yourself or with your SEO provider.
What do I get free, and what needs a paid plan?
The free scan is a one-time check: 3 questions about your sector, asked across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It’s free and needs no card: you see the result (which engines mention you and which don’t) once you create your free account, which also saves it. Weekly tracking, the full dashboard, recommendations, article drafts and PDF reports need a paid plan.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from Plan & billing in your dashboard, or contact us. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
What is the refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We approve the refund as long as you haven’t substantially used the paid features (more than one complete project analysis on a paid plan, beyond the free limits). Renewals are generally not refundable, unless consumer law in your country requires it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar. The full details are in the Terms.
Which currency, taxes and payment methods do you use?
Prices and charges are in US dollars (USD); your bank may convert them to your local currency. Checkout is handled by Polar, the merchant of record, which also collects sales tax or VAT where it applies and issues the invoice. You pay by card, and international cards are accepted. Local methods such as PIX, OXXO or SPEI are not available today.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch between Starter and Pro from Plan & billing in your dashboard, and the change is prorated automatically. Agency is activated with our help: see the Agency page or contact us.
How do you measure AI visibility?
We generate questions from your website’s sector, market and context. We query models through APIs with web search and record mentions and available sources. This is a controlled sample: answers may differ from what someone sees in their own ChatGPT or other AI app.
Does SeoWave guarantee mentions or more sales?
No. It helps you spot opportunities, prioritize work and observe changes. Answers depend on each engine and can vary. A mention is not a visit or a sale; business performance should be checked against your analytics.
Can I use it for multiple clients?
Yes. Starter includes up to 3 projects, Pro up to 5 and Agency up to 10. Monthly deep analysis, draft and report allowances are shared across the account’s projects. Agency adds PDF reports with your logo and colors and capacity for 20 team members.
Does it publish content or change my website automatically?
It never publishes on its own. If you use WordPress, you connect it with an application password and the article arrives as a draft: you review it and decide whether to publish. Without WordPress, you copy ready-to-paste text. SeoWave changes nothing else on your site.
Which languages and markets can I analyze?
The interface is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Choose your project’s language and market so the questions match how your customers search. Coverage depends on what each engine finds and returns.
Does it replace my SEO agency or Search Console?
SeoWave complements your agency’s work and your analytics. It focuses on mentions and citations in a sample of AI answers; visits, conversions and website performance are reviewed in your measurement tools.
