Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SeoWave regarding use of our website and software (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

If you use SeoWave on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SeoWave provides AI visibility measurement, SEO and AI-readiness audits, competitor tracking, recommendations, content drafts, and report generation for business owners, digital agencies, and consultants.

Features and limits depend on your plan. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid customers.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service is intended for business and professional use: business owners, agencies, and consultants. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to paid plans. If you subscribe as a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of your country.

Free tier: a single initial scan per account, one time only, with the partial result described on our pricing page.

Paid plans: billed monthly, they unlock the dashboard, full diagnostics, reports, content drafts, and higher usage limits. Prices, limits, and included features are shown at checkout and on our pricing page.

Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as Merchant of Record. Polar appears as the seller on your receipt and handles applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically every month unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Polar to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

We will make renewal terms clear before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing portal or by contacting support.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse.

First purchase: if you are unsatisfied with SeoWave, contact support@seowave.app within 14 days of the first charge of your paid subscription. We will approve the refund if you have not substantially used the paid features, meaning you have not run more than one complete project audit on your paid plan. The free scan before purchase does not count.

Renewals: subsequent billing periods are generally non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or withdrawal rights under consumer protection laws in your country.

Approved refunds are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record to your original payment method where possible.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.
• Run intrusive tests against websites you do not own or lack authorization to assess.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or tenant isolation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malware, interfere with infrastructure, or abuse API or worker resources.
• Use the Service for prohibited businesses under Polar or payment network rules.

SeoWave and its branding, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription or free tier.

You retain ownership of URLs, brand data, and client materials you submit. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent or contractual rights needed to audit domains and share client data in SeoWave.

Agencies: if you upload data about your agency’s clients, you are responsible for that data and SeoWave processes it as a processor, only to provide you the Service and following your instructions. You can request a data processing agreement (DPA) at support@seowave.app.

Reports and scores are informational tools — not legal, financial, or guaranteed SEO outcomes. You remain responsible for advice given to your clients.

AI visibility checks depend on third-party models that are not deterministic: the same query can return different answers at different times, and answers may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on automated analysis, not promises of ranking, appearance, or citation in any AI assistant or search engine.

Score changes between measurements may come from model variability rather than a real change in your visibility.

Drafts and articles generated by SeoWave are AI-produced proposals. You are responsible for reviewing them and checking facts, tone, and rights before publishing. SeoWave does not guarantee their accuracy or originality, or that they will improve your ranking or AI citations.

If you connect a WordPress site, you authorize SeoWave to write to it using the credentials you provide, only to create or update the posts you request. By default they are published as drafts; moving to published is your decision. You represent that you have authority over that site and you are responsible for its backups and for what is published on it. You can remove the connection in SeoWave or revoke the application password in WordPress at any time.

ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Google, Claude, Anthropic, Perplexity, Grok, xAI, DeepSeek, WordPress, and other marks mentioned are the property of their respective owners. SeoWave is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.

Support is provided via email at support@seowave.app. Response times may vary by plan.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOWAVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU USE THE FREE TIER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid customers may be notified by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SeoWave operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
