Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and SeoWave regarding use of our website and software (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

If you use SeoWave on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

SeoWave provides AI visibility measurement, SEO and AI-readiness audits, competitor tracking, recommendations, and report generation for digital agencies and consultants.

Features and limits depend on your plan. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid customers.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to paid plans.

Free tier: limited scans and score-only results as described on our pricing page.

Paid plans: unlock the dashboard, full diagnostics, reports, and higher usage limits. Prices, billing intervals (monthly or annual), and included features are shown at checkout and on our website.

When a paid checkout is offered through Polar, payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as Merchant of Record. Polar appears as the seller on your receipt and handles applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. When your subscription is processed by Polar, you authorize Polar to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

We will make renewal terms clear before purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing portal or by contacting support.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse.

First purchase: if you are unsatisfied with SeoWave, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial paid subscription. We will approve refunds where you have not substantially used premium features (defined as more than one complete paid-tier project audit beyond free limits).

Renewals: subsequent billing periods are generally non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund rights under consumer protection laws in your country.

Approved refunds for Polar checkout purchases are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record to your original payment method where possible.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.
• Run intrusive tests against websites you do not own or lack authorization to assess.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or tenant isolation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Upload malware, interfere with infrastructure, or abuse API or worker resources.
• Use the Service for prohibited businesses under Polar or payment network rules.

SeoWave and its branding, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription or free tier.

You retain ownership of URLs, brand data, and client materials you submit. You grant us a license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent or contractual rights needed to audit domains and share client data in SeoWave.

Reports and scores are informational tools — not legal, financial, or guaranteed SEO outcomes. You remain responsible for advice given to your clients.

AI visibility checks depend on third-party models and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Scores and recommendations are estimates based on automated analysis, not promises of ranking or citation performance.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEOWAVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU USE THE FREE TIER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations, liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to paid customers may be notified by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SeoWave operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
